Only an academy that is legally registered in Gurugram, and that owns or controls a dedicated football ground, may apply. A football ground is compulsory. Academies without a ground cannot register.

Academy name *Location *Gurugram area / landmark

Head coach *When this academy is activated, the head coach must complete the official coach registration (Rs. 1,000, documents and photograph). That is mandatory.Total coaches *Include the head coach. After activation every coach listed here must complete the official coach form. DFA assigns tournament roles from registered coaches only.

Total players *Male players *Female players *

Total referees registered with the academy *Use 0 if none. After activation, listed referees must complete the official referee form (Rs. 1,000 and documents) to be eligible for DFA activities.

After the Academy ID is activated, the head coach, every listed coach, every listed player and every listed referee must register on this DFA platform. Unregistered coaches, players or referees are not eligible for DFA tournaments, festivals or official activities. This is an urgent association rule because future competitions assign roles from this register only.
